IzzFest "Goes BucWild!" Bandanas

IZZFest Goes Buckwild is Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi’s fifth annual music festival. For the event, I developed a custom bandana design that captures the energy and personality of the festival while creating a memorable piece of merchandise for attendees.
CONCEPT & CREATIVE DIRECTION
The “Goes Buckwild” theme provided an opportunity to lean into a playful, Western-inspired visual direction. I created a bold illustration style that combined rigid elements with the energetic personality of the festival & the coast.
MERCHANDISE DESIGN
Designed as a wearable keepsake, the bandana utilizes custom illustration. I considered how each element would translate onto a physical merchandise piece while keeping the overall design visually engaging.
FINAL OUTCOME
The finished bandana transforms the IZZFest Goes Buckwild identity into a collectible piece for the university community. The design brings together rigid coastal graphics and festival energy in a format attendees can enjoy beyond the event!
